TERMS OF SERVICE

- I can decline your commission if I don't feel comfortable with it or if I am not able to do it.- You should be specific what you want; you must provide clear references as pictures, other draws, etc. Please, be specific with details.-Our interaction should remain strictly focused on the commission to avoid any discomfort or misunderstandings. If at any point either party feels uncomfortable, the commission may be terminated without the obligation to complete it. The reason must be clearly stated. In such cases, the client may request a full (100%) refund; however, if the artist initiates the termination, no refund will be issued.- Payment is made via PayPal, with 50% required upfront. The remaining 50% must be sent before I send you the final artwork. You can pay all upfront if you want.- During the process, I will maintain clear and consistent communication, providing regular updates so you can request changes if needed. These adjustments will not incur additional costs as long as they do not affect the overall structure of the approved sketch. For example, you may request changes to colors or specific details in the clothing or hair; however, if you wish to alter the initial pose approved in the sketch, an additional fee will apply.- You may request a refund if the sketch has not yet been approved. Once the sketch has been approved, no refunds will be issued. If the final result of the commission does not meet your expectations, only 30% of the total price will be refunded, as clear communication beforehand can help prevent dissatisfaction with the outcome.- The commission will take approximately 7–25 days to complete once the initial payment has been made. If you require a faster turnaround, an additional fee of $5–$15 will apply, depending on the complexity and the requested delivery timeframe.- The final artwork will be delivered via E-mail or WeTransfer once the final payment has been completed.- You will receive an png & jpeg 350 dpi file (and source file if you paid for it) in the size you have decided.- You will receive png files in 500px 112px 56px 28px sizes of each emote. (emotes comission case)- Please, credit me if you're going to post it online.- Do not claim the artwork as your own, or use it for profit if is personal use commission.- I will post your commission in any social media/portafolio.
